This was a song written for Sister Pendleton. She is not afraid to talk to anyone, no matter where she is; at Wal-Mart, at the airport, at the hotel, at a restaurant, where ever she may be. So this song is dedicated to her and her desire to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with everyone.
